2015....A goodbye note to 2014 and a hello to the new year....

Dear 2014,
I must say I wont miss you and am so glad you are now in the past...you were nothing but a cruel heartless bitch of a year ..you taught me what its like to not have a dad, you introduced me my new life of a care giver to a super close friend , the cruel reality of losing another child ...while all these things sound bad, well they are but without them I would not have learned the lessons I learned.....

I hope you were paying attention to me last year and if you were I say hit me with your best shot as I plan to use the lessons from 2014 to move forward with my life, I will be stronger and more patient....I will be more loving and not so judgmental, will be more present and enjoy the smaller things most take for granted...love, forgiveness and understanding is all I will carry in my heart as well as positivity ...I am undefeatable

While the above is not hobby related under the surface it truly is ..as I have changed the past 6 months and it reflects on my hobby world....

So I refuse to make resolutions because really who sticks with it longer then a few months at best

It is always best to look toward the future with a positive attitude and outlook. There are always those that are worse off than we think we are.
Losing those we love and hold dear is always hard, but try to focus on the good times.
