Maybe we can sum up this topic by considering this choice:
Would you rather spend time with a beautiful woman who smells bad ? Or an ugly woman who smells good ?
Typical attitude. You think because a women is beautiful and high dollar something is going to be wrong and if a woman is low dollar she is going to be really good in some areas. Really?
To sum it all up, some guys have a notion of how much a woman should charge and nothing can convenience them that any woman will be worth more than that. It's really about the man's comfort zone on what his price range is.
Lol, thinking that paying more implies a better class of person.
No. Not a better class of person. But I do get what he was saying.
There are, as someone said earlier, assholes at every price point.
But at 200, the pool of buyers is much larger than at 400.
So, it seems to follow that those women in the higher price categories would deal with the general douchebaggery less often, I would think.
My question is who decides what is high dollar? 250 doesn't seem like all that much to me. I mean, if Channing Tatum were a whore, I'd probably pay at least 350.
No. Not a better class of person. But I do get what he was saying.
The problem with the statement lies in the math. Lets say there are two hobbiest, "the smelly dirt bag" and "the prince". Both have 1200/month to spend on hobbying. The prince is a randy sort and hits the agencies up 8 times during the month so can only spend 150 each outing. The smelly dirt bag though, prides himself on only seeing low volume providers, and goes to only 2 girls a month for 600 each. See the issue? Money doesn't imply class.

The same argument stated a different way. My field is heavily concentrated with ivy league/post graduate/high income professionals. I've got 25 years of practical experience that says you actually get far more assholes on the the tail end of the income distribution.

This obviously is a relative measure that means something different to each person. I think the OP's real question was whether there was a quality difference at different price points.
Soooo Ms. Mayfair, what was the genesis of choosing Mayfair? The source for me that comes to mind was the Anne Rice Mayfair witches. You have to have a different source, no?
omgee!! The things I'd do to that guy! LOL!!
It all depends on how much a man is willing to pay... What he's most comfortable with.

& the problem with your analogy is you're still not comparing comparable items. While an Agency & Indy hooker are still in the same line of work. There are still fundamental differences. Basically you just said, "Two football scouts go to the rookie combine. Both have a top 5 draft pick. One is looking to draft a QB. The other a LB. Do you get what's wrong here now? Same sport. Different position. That's what you just fucking wrote.
Another problem with your statement is the Agency guy 'typically' just needs to go to BP. Scroll through a few ads. Call in. Prearrange a chick or get a line-up upon arrival. All this can be done same day. Hell even within an hour or two. The fat-bastard will have to supply references & other info to get to see his $600 option. Higher odd of rejection if a reference mentions said "done-lap" syndrome & lack of personal hygiene.
To drop 10k on a HDH for a whole weekend's romp of fun is where it's really worth it in the Hobby.
Better than that awkward feeling of comparing and wondering whether you got more out of a 150 vs. 350 chick. You were asked in both sessions to get your trousers and leave after an hour.
You can either be dining on the most delicous grapes and other fruits in an elegant garden of freshness or sitting in a room with an apple and orange racking your brain in comparing the two.
Seven months, 2-3 providers a week, and close to $10k in expenses says your wrong. Before you pull the lame "your seeing the wrong ones", I've seen 95% of the ones I'm attracted to and that includes a large percent of the most popular providers.

No. Same sport, same positions. Doggy is doggy, and kneeling and sucking is kneeling and sucking.

Are you kidding? I finally shrugged off the tin foil hat concerns about p411 so I could get in the agencies. Now, independent or agency, high price or low price independent, its all the same time.

Money doesn't imply class. Of course not. Which is why I agreed that there are assholes at every price point. I guess what I failed to say is that there are also wonderful, respectful men at every price point too.

While I concede that this may be true in your profession, and a lot of other businesses, from where I stand, in this particular profession, on the opposite side of the door from you, that doesn't seem to be the case.

As a matter of fact, Mr. 44, you nailed it on the first try.

Maybe you should take some of that money and put it in your "Help a busted John pay his bills" fund.
