Dont feel to bad. We had a wonderful new young provider (danny lynn) come to shrev and I had thought everything was set solid. Since she is new i figured dont bother with back up cause 3 is PLENTY in a day. Well silly me cause 1 wouldnt answer till she left already and the other just didnt bother calling or anything. WOW poor thing. Imagine how she felt. BUT I promised it would never happen again.. Even 2 woulda been worth it.
