I haven't met too many ladies on here but the ones who come to mind as genuinely kind from the consistent reports of others would be reese foster, loving kayla, kelly tnt, jessica utr and isabella mercy. You will likely get a number of good recommendations. There's a lot of great ladies here who sincerely enjoy pleasing others.

If you had Premium Access you would be better served asking this question in the Men's Lounge...Alot of GENTS would never post a single name because of Behind The Scenes fallout with his other unnamed, perceived ATF's and the Ladies aren't going to step up and say, "I have the biggest heart of gold." (Well, I can think of one Look At Me threAD writer who might.)

I think how someone behaves about money is a better choice of character for a Hobby mate to me, but we all hobby in different styles and your topic is interesting...Brandy Michelle is a genuine sweetheart and that, to me, is a trait of someone with a heart of gold.

However, It really does affects me when I have taken care of that patient. It may be something that they said that I remember, or something that they had did, which will always leave a place in my heart. Sometimes, I have to remind myself that Mr. Johnson has passed. Its funny how people can die, but you still feel like they are around and kicking.

After my mother retired she was a Hospice nurse for a few years and she got great pleasure in taking very good care of someone in their finals days or hours on Earth. She didn't do the job for the money but for the satisfaction and enjoyment of helping others. Thank you . Amazing that your mother was also able to be a hospice nurse as well. I've seen quite a few already who just do it for the money. There are some nurses and doctors who I work with that just think that they are "God". It sickens me. People with lack of compassion for the sake of professionalism sicken me.

Also, Its not the fact that they are dying that makes me uneasy - because ultimately - we will all die one day. Its just the fact that some of them go through this "sunset" without the comfort of friends and family in their last days. Its funny how everyone brings flowers to funerals, but seldom do people bring you flowers while you are living.

Be a flower in someone's life while you still can. Make each day an opportunity to "Blossom".

Bsb, It's a rewarding duty if accepted with the right intentions. And its a tough road for any length of time. Take it slow and don't let it wear on you. Sometimes the hospice nurses and doctors who seem to be heartless have just been doing it too long and wore their hearts out a long time ago. As with anything, knowing your limits is key.
