Thanks for this.. And yes I do realize that they happen most places but since this is my first trip to Houston I wanted opinions from those established here, etc. My entire point was if I was to do that to a client/clients I'd be a flake, irresponsible or worse. It's common courtesy & I depend on appts set. W/out some type of cancelation, I expect YOU therefore I'm possibly missing out on booking someone else. And just so I'm clear I've been here since Friday afternoon & every ncns was a prebook w/ confirmation the day before. So yeah I'm a bit put off. I mean why waste either of our times?
