I guess the guys in and around Amarillo are guilty of not banging her back door. (Two different innuendos). It might have helped if she had posted her ad in advance and if her fee was more in line with most providers that come through here. I hope those that had the opportunity enjoyed the scenery!

I'm not upset about this experience that I had today. I posted an intent to visit on June -22. Made an ad for visit For July 2 weeks prior, then again one week prior. Then today is the day that I supposed to be in AMA. But with no interest for my visit in AMA. I stop to refill my gas and then left AMA.

No hard feelings. Life goes on. I'm in Santa Fe now and enjoying my mini vacation.

Amarillo is much like most other West Texas towns in that a lot of the work force have variable schedules. It is far worse in Midessa with more of the oil industry craziness but a lot of our work force in these towns are on call. Now it would be good for us as gents to let the provider know if you can't make it and you really need to make that effort to do so. But last second things also happen and PMg a provider can be the last thing on your mind.

What I would suggest to the OP is to not let one time decide your future touring stops. The same kind of no shows happen in towns like Dallas to but you have a larger pool of gents so that it is easier to fill those cancellations. It really helps ladies to post in advance in West Texas with your best known tour dates. If dates or towns change either myself or Chica will almost always be glad to edit the ad for you.

I would suggest using one of your 5 available ads 7-10 days ahead of your tour, use a weekend ad if your days encompass the weekend days, Then also put an ad in right before your visit. Guys in West Texas quite often need some days to plan our schedules as well.

I contacted her but she couldn't make her original date due to a biker rally in town and supposedly she couldn't book a room. Don't think she should be slamming Amarillo..but i have seen her in DFW and she was nice.

I think that if a travelling provider peaks your interest for a possible session, you should send her your screening info before she arrives and get that out of the way even if you don't know your schedule that far in advance. Once she has you approved it might be possible to schedule something at the last minute since you are already screened.

I hope this is still on topic for this thread..... here goes.

Scenario #1:
If a provider cancels on a guy at the last minute she risks getting a bad review from the hobby-ist and a negative reputation. If she forms a habit of cancelling appointments, word gets out and she loses business. Fair enough.

Scenario #2:
If a hobby-ist cancels on a provider.... nothing? He thinks "Her loss. Too bad she's not getting any of me today". And she's just supposed to sit there and pine for him?
What actually happens is worse than scenario #1. The provider loses interest in the cancelling hobby-ist. If more guys in that town do the same thing, the provider loses interest in the whole town. So, now all the guys in that town suffer because of the actions of a few.

Sorry to get all up on my soap box here. Recently I've heard too many of these stories of guys cancelling after providers travel way out here to see our sorry asses. Guys, please be respectful of the Ladies' time. That includes showing the fuck up for your appointments.

If you feel offended by this post, then chances are that YOU are one of the assholes I'm referring to. I haven't accused anyone specifically, nor have I called out a single hobby-ist by name.

Your intent is beside the point. Words mean things and have consequences. As is clear from the words you chose to use in the regrettable title of this thread, your post did indeed slam Amarillo.

If you have a problem with specific hobbyists, then warn the ladies about those hobbyists and leave Amarillo out of it. Slam Amarillo, and you harm hobbyists who did you no wrong and who have never talked to you.
