The waters are very muddy, not newbie friendly. Sort of like telling an 8th grader, take a look at calculus, then we will get back to geometry. I don't get much of this, I do appreciate it, I can see there is importance, but otherwise I'm blind as a bat, and I don't have radar either.

Put a newbie onto this and ten minutes later he'll be done with youporn and watching sportscenter.

and then going back ta post 1, it may be wise on both sides of the coin for a talk over the phone for that first seeing each other. PM, text, email, well one just does not truly know who all dealing with in reality. Still not 100% but much better than never talked.

reading a few reviews has me thinking the provider may have not had any idea at all who seeing that first time even with all the emails, text and maybe a pm till bcd's with a guy. When the provider looks ta be eccie VP indy. wow ya got ta be kidding me. MMMMMM TCB skill rated high yet..........

I see that as a risk on both sides.

Come ta think of it, A few providers I been dealing with for years, ya text much of the time only. But just one text from her or me not seem right, dang phone call just ta be sure.

Even if just ta drop something off or ta just talk about something or whatever. Every provider I met there was a phone chat first or saw at a bar. mmmmmm other than one time when a cell died. That one time I was a nerves wreck till we spoke to each other. I was not really sure who it was sending emails to me cell text. Even with the fact she was saying who it was, and I was expecting a call. The fact it was not a call scared the shit out of me. Met once before, talked over the phone once months before. All went ok, but I want a voice first. Maybe just me as I came from screening each other in a bar first type of deal. Yet all the other times met anyone from eccie, the talking over the phone first meant a lot ta me. I just be mother fucking saying

it bothers me that to some its normal ta never talk first before meeting unless know each other well.

You have offered a lot of wisdom in your time here.
Truth be told..... I don't have much of a clue as to what is going on in this thread either. It has been explained to me by a few, and I reread the first page which shed a little more light on some of the later goings on. Looks more like a Rochester feud going on and somehow us Buffalo guys got dragged into the fray. Of course.... Like I said.... I'm not sure if that is correct or not. I may be reading it all wrong again. And the more I try and decipher WTF is going on... the less I seem to care about it.

I didn't like the GOBC getting dragged into the fray, and I'm glad I spoke up.... even though I am NOT a spokesperson for the group.
We don't HAVE a spokesperson as we don't NEED a spokesperson as we are really just a few guys that drink beer together that happened to have met here on this board. Our legendary status is an amusement to us all. Now..... If something happens that is truly important to our little band of merry individuals.... say like beer prices suddenly doubling.... we may ALL become spokespersons for the group.
All of this recent Drama makes it seem like a nice and convenient time for myself to take a short hiatus from the board. I'll probably monitor the goings on, but I will try and refrain from commenting. I'll probably write a review when my PA gets close to running out, just so I keep that active..... and maybe I'll even review a "new find". Maybe I'll concentrate on "finding" new providers...
That's my favorite part of the hobby anyways.
Hanging out on this board used to be another of my favorite parts.... but it has SOoooooooooooo dropped down on my list in the last few months.
I'm sure that I'll get a few flames and accusations of "quitting". I may or may not respond to those claims and flames.
I'm pretty sure that I'll return at some point, but I know to never say never, and never say absolutely.... unless it is on the rocks and comes with a Molson Canadien.

this is how I be thinkin

XY is Adlib. as Adlib it looks as he had a problem with another provider. And seemed he handle it much the same as we have now. Reading and timing of reviews, and from being lead to believe by more than one person. XY review of Madison is clearly not first time seeing. Adlib in now Guest012413 .

VPN is to hide IPS's of pc and handles And just who is logged on. He seems to like to find gals that are not very good at working a computer. Rather than helping by teaching errr show and make her do it. He looks to seem to set up all and controlling PC and cell phones showing them only small bits so he would always be in need.

doing some of the screening booking having all the passwords. I am led to believe that one where he did the screening blew up on one of that gals(mmmmmmm more on that but need to talk to SHMB lawyer) As the date did not go well. When provider called for help. he kind pushed under a bus by not helping her. Then as I understand deleted emails, text maybe even PM's having all the passwords he needed and deleted any other data that could be found to connect her to the guy that she had the problem with and from himself.

this has not been very easy as many have been claim like. But in person with many did get one piece at a time asking some more than once. others was over the phone and other ways text emails. I was not sure what to do. From the way it looked I did not trust local mods. This lead to many pm disagreements with mods. As I would not say a thing, but they seemed to know I had something. early on PM's I deleted in a fit of anger. Later PM's and my reply's to mods I BCC all to admins. Other members latter started to push for me to say something. i started a thread about Houston. Did not go where I wanted. This thread was started. And here we are.

So I am here to take any hit for many if they where willing or not to talk to me. male and female.

mmmmm before anyone asks I do not have the name of guy a provider had a problem with. I will not name provider. Or what the problem was.

I was thinkin just the hint form my understanding being told of doing some if not all screening or booking would end this. but ok here is some more.

I agree it's important, just not a starting place, discouraging and confusing. Like starting golf with the rule book. Hit some balls then decide if you want the fine points.
