Well, you can't fix stupid.
However, I've had many cases where a lady lists several different rates, i.e. showcase, ad, sig line, P411, and want to know which one she's expecting.
I've also had the case where the lady expects a different rate face to face than what she posted in her ad.

Just list the rate. Since the "$" has been so confused, I suggest you list it like 200/HR 140/hhr.

... and I completely agree with your post #50, sick of the $$.x stuff and different rates in different places.
In addition, I always ask to make sure that there is no mis-communication and drama afterwards.
