It's the nature of this business, sweetie. I have felt that way many times. Don't let it get you down. Remember you are beautiful and today will be a better day.

ah, the ebb and flow of life.
every morning, i thank the universe i'm still alive, even if the bones and joints aint moving so easily.

one way to get out of a funk is to go do something for someone.
there are plenty of organizations where you can contribute to someone else's life.
like boxing up supplies to be sent to Oklahoma
or taking snacks to a retirement home or doing hair or nails of women who live there.

like the wise Ms. M said "you are beautiful and today will be a better day."

Anybody feeling down or lonely....just turn on TV and see those poor folks in OK, especially the parents who lost their kids Sunday night.

An unfortunate reality check to how lucky we are, when we have the health and safety of our love ones

Then again, this thread could be a possible lame attempt at a "poor me" threAD.....do ya think???

I don't know..sometimes depression is depression and not an ad....but if I were the op I would expect no sympathy from most people here.

well, in my book,
angel's wasnt an explicit threAD [no "come see me" in there].
while oLindsay's is a bit closer ["I need some company."]

anyhoo, that's why i just made a suggestion of something to do to get out of the funk instead of ..... assuming the worse intent.

have a deliteful day!!
and i'm doing the best i can with a hellacious storm rolling thru n. texas right now!!! [see image]

And hear I have been going back and fourth in my head as to calling Angel or not as of late. Having never seen her before, i am still in that researching and wonder phase. Perhaps I should just bite the bullet. Hmmmm.

thanks for the uplifting words....i would love to do hair and nails at nursing homes! that would be great.
i dunno, sometimes this is a lonely business. no coworkers to chat with at the watercooler...and when your feeling down anyway, and then you get no messages or calls, you start feeling worse
but you are right about the poor folks in the tornado. i knowi have alot to be thankful. i was just venting. sorry if someone thought it was a thRead.
kisses and spanks!

I think some of it is the limited hours you are available. Most guys know this and just try not to bother you outside of your posted hours.

angel, as i said above, i didnt think it was an explicit threAD. and i can understand you wanting to vent. so, i just said what i do each day and offered a couple of suggestions. just check w/ a retirement center near you [they may require some sort of background checking].

as someone else said, there is situational depression [or a "blue funk"] and there is clinical depression. the former can sometimes be alleviated by helping others or just getting out in the world and seeing the beauty and diversity. the latter may need to be treated.

hope things are looking better for you today!!
peace be with you!!!
