Sometimes I prefer to meet a potential client for lunch or dinner, have a few glasses of wine and then go back for some private time. This allows both of us to get to get comfy with each other.

Question? we all know they can enjoy our services and bust us later, but can they have lunch or dinner, drink...and still arrest us?

Another question? ....will an undercover kiss you? they will have sex with us....but has anyone ever heard of them dfk?

LE can do whatever they want to do and still bust you. (of course they can't and shouldn't). But, there are many providers on this board, who have experienced situations where they were surprised and disappointed when encountering someone that is suppose to "protect and serve"

They can kiss, groupe, and even have sex and stll bust you. Is it legal...no.........But, who you think they are goign to believe? I am no atty....but, I am sure one can weigh in here.

If you do any amount of screening prior to booking dates. Just make sure you screen them as if you would normally. Check references,,,datecheck/p411...board reviews, verifyhim...etc.............if that isn't good enough..........DON"T SEE THEM.....

One caveat. Typically, LE is wanting to make a quick arrest. For the average vice cop, wining & dining you to bust you is a lot of work. Maybe quite enjoyable work, taking an attractive young lady to dinner, but still a lot of time on the clock.

My guess is that a cop who will spend an hour or more wining and dining you before busting you is probably looking for bigger fish. In other words, they are wanting to bust an escort who can then lead them to a pimp, madame, manager, etc. who can lead them to the high dollar clients that make such good 10 PM news fodder.

The bigger question I would have for anyone on a one-two hour dinner date used for screening purposes is how do you spend that much time together without slipping up and saying something about later activities, prices, etc. that can get you busted?

This is something that I usually get a kick out of. I have seen providers who fallow this practice of dinner with drinks first thinking that undercover le will refuse a single drink. Or the women on bp who post that the money exchanged is for their time and company only, what ever may happen is between two consenting adults and is not related to the money. The think it is like if a woman pays the pool boy $200 to clean the pool and then invite him in for sex afterwords. As if the money exchange was for a separate service.

What I like the most is, some of the new providers will meet you at the door with dfk, and group you, then have you group them before the exchange. Like male le wouldn't be willing to do that. The reason I like this is that it is more assuring to me as I am confident that most female le wouldn't be willing to dfk and let a guy group under her top.

My personal favorite is the ongoing urban legend that LE must tell you they are LE if you ask them directly. I have enlightened several BP girls that this is just simply not the case. It's black letter law in most every jurisdiction that LE can lie to you as long as they aren't entrapping you, and merely by having the girl ask "Are you LE" and answering 'No" when you really are, isn't entrapment. Many times I've turned it around and said "No, are you?" Reactions to that were varied, as you might expect.

Lunch/dinner/drinks may be done after screening is all over, but should never in itself be considered a type of screening. When a provider knows another provider that I know, they still go ahead and do all of the normal screening on me that they would normally do. On the one hand, this might be considered paranoia. On the other hand, it's considered healthy professional paranoia, because it helps them keep their business running smoothly....

Ladies, if you happen to meet LE and they have sex with you and then arrest you DEMAND a RAPE KIT when you get to jail! You are allowed to have this if you feel you've been violated or sexually assualted! It isnt even so much about the rape part, its for DNA evidence to present for court

Personally I won't see a provider who does not screen me thoroughly. The ones that do not could be targets of LE. When a provider does not screen it tells me they are not true professionals, and if they are not paying attention to whom they see it is a huge red flag about their level of discretion and ability to be a reliable provider.

Unless you are offering BBFS, how does DNA make its way thru a condom? Also if part of a sting, more than likely there will be video evidence of everything.. claiming you were raped might open up a new can of worms don't you think?

Anyone who does BBBJ has dna evidence in their mouth honey, the same for kissing and fondeling of orrifices. didnt say claim they raped you in court. Asking for a rape kit in jail is the only way to ensure dna evidence. Do you really think the police would show a video on them having sex woth you during a trial? A jury would never convict a "prostitute" after that. That video would conviently come up missing.
