THE OBAMA DEATH CLOCK COUNTDOWN....
On January 1st estates having a value in excess of $1,000,000 will be assessed a death taxed of 55% (currently the tax rate is 35% on estate value in excess of $5,000,000).......
An incentive to call Kervokian in many dying minds one would think....the greedy Democrats are salivating for you to die, the sooner (after 12/31/2012) the better in their minds. It means more Obama phones and other free shit paid for by others.

Not quite. Your estate is still subject to estate taxes if you are an American citizen. However, if you become a citizen of another country, your U.S. heirs generally receive their inheritance free of U.S. estate taxes. However, that's cold comfort as estate taxes in most overseas counties are higher than estate taxes here.
This is going to be one area that is quite interesting to watch on the fiscal cliff negotiations. I'm certainly very interested in this issue.

It is certainly no surprise that blind followers like AssUpRodeHard thinks estate taxation is a funny trivial issue.......but I am not sure if his jocularity is out of stupidity or cynicism...either way he is in lock step with the socialists goals of this administration - re-distribute the wealth !

So, let me get this straight. According to you legislation passed in 2001 with a sunset date of 2010 and then subsequently extended for two years is the fault of the current administration. BTW -- a little info on the estate taxes
