I bet 90% of the people think you're annoying, and the term annoying is being VERY nice and staying within the code of conduct. I don't think of you as a valuable poster. It would cost more than the benefits, and not everyone would simply be in jail because they are eligible for public assistance...
HERE's an idea I believe has some merit...
Government payments for voluntary sterilization... Maybe $75,000 per person. Goes down to $50,000 if you already have one kid, down to $25,000 if you have two or more.
Many would sign up for the cash bonus before they started the cycle of "disorderly reproduction". The payback time would be very short...
Of course, this would never fly, as it would be accused of being some sort of attempt to regulate the population growth by race or other factors.
Yes, it's more government, which many object to... But it's better than continuing to make policies based on what people "should" do if they are responsible. People continue to be irresponsible... and we all pay for it.

Ursisle, I actually like some of that idea. It might be worth looking into it a little more. We could make it located at the govt. public assistance building.
1st line is mandatory drug testing, 2nd line is unemployment/job search, 3rd line is welfare/govt assistance/EBT/WIC, 4th line is DNA testing/who's your daddy family court and the 5th line is sterilization.
Feel free to add more lines in any order. They could all be located in the same building and in the same office. Herd them through like cattle. Employees get cattle prods.
