I believe that Houston requires a 2 hour minimum for all hourly motel/hotels.

As far as I know they all offer Hourly rates.. Usually $25 for 2 hours.. Same price for a hour

I use PI occasionally and sometimes it is 20 for 2 hours and then sometimes it is 25, but the ones I use are always clean and pretty well maintained. I do prefer the one just south of Humble near the beltway.

The reaction to over 2 per room depends on the people on duty. It is a rule, but some guys just don't care and some just don't see the third person go in. I have paid a small "tip" to get the guys to let me have 3 in the room. Again, the "tip" depends on the person, but I usually just gave an extra 5 dollars.
