Those that DO want to keep a girls attention longer than the hour often tend to bring something special. There are still some out in the verse...

Books? I wish someone would've "gifted" me my college textbooks this semester! Each book that I've bought this year was around $80 USED and $150 Brand new. Yeah, a book would've been a real nice gift! Give the gift of education! Lmao!

But yes, gifts are very nice and I am grateful for them. It's not so much that it's the gift itself, but its just the fact that he went out and did something extra. Even something as small as a cup of my favorite coffee is really nice . I love it when a man is a gentleman. His actions speak more than the gift itself.

Jules, I'm glad you mentioned this. This statement is so true of younger men (and sometimes older). Nothing wrong with old-fashioned because I'm sure you're the kind of lady who a real gentlemen would absolutely adore.

Never understood why women claim getting a gift for a guy is difficult.
Guns, sex, tools....pick one (or all), how hard izat?

Because women think of their male counterparts as other women. (Maybe guys wouldn't be satisfied with Guns, sex, and tools) LOL

Apparently, we women are never satisfied. *Throws flowers in the trash*

Yes many of you ladies deserve better. I too will try to be better.
Then shouldn't the post have ended there rather than droning on for another 2 paragraphs?

BSB, the solution is the American Opportunity education credit you can claim when you file a tax return, cum January.. you must have taxable income to get the credit, but not too much taxable income!

I don't know how important the credit is to you, but it may require reporting a fraction of the $2 million estimated provider income you have earned in 2013, to date... that's about right? $2 million?

The hobby has changed a lot even in the last few years since I have been around.

Long gone are the days when my incall was filled with fresh flowers from clients. Hell I used to have more flowers than I had vases for.

I remember when I first started, Even on BP Guys would almost always bring a small and thoughtful gift whether it would be flowers, candy, a bottle of wine, a nice thoughtful card, or a gift card. Some would actually take the time to read my showcase to see what my likes or dislikes were or remembered something I mentioned during session, and bring something that would make me smile big.

Receiving those little gifts would always make me feel awesome. Yes they were not expensive gifts all the time but the fact that they did something to make me feel special was all that mattered to me.

I have talked to a few other providers about this and they all have said that those days are long gone for them also...

I am just wondering what happened to the romance part of this hobby?? Where have all the BFE guys gone? Did ungrateful providers ruin it for the rest of us??

By no means am I saying this is a requirement or saying that I am disappointed if someone does not bring anything. I am just saying that that used to be one of my favorite parts of the hobby. Every woman loves to feel special even if it is for an hour at a time

We havent had the pleasure of meeting - yet....
I still do this, read what the ladies like and ask fav color if not stated.

Here is a rose till I can bring a real one for you

Made the mistake of filing every penny two years ago. I've learned my lesson already. Also, the Obamacare thing is really dissuading me from filing me again unless I pop out two children and get on a welfare check before the end of this year. SMH.

I'm just going to try selling my textbooks after I'm done with this semester though. Or better yet, donate them to a student who is less fortunate than I.

Truly thought I would be this guy when I entered the hobby, chiefly because that's how I thought it worked. My first couple experiences reinforced this notion. But then again, I had many misconceptions when I entered the hobby.

Allows us to feel real. For a moment.

I'm in awe when it happens...
My favorite part of the hobby is passion, even if its just an illusion, even if its just an hour at a time. And as I'll never be a porn star for oh so many reasons, the very hot GFE session is my quest.

One of my favorite parts of getting to know a lady is to find some small token that fits our time together. Mostly, these have been very well received. Gifts have ranged from lunch to books to flowers to plants to small figurines to candy. When I have the time to poke around, finding the little gift is a blast. I found a great collection of spices one day, and instantly thought of a friend that loves to cook. I found a quirky towel and realized I had a date with a Douglas Adams fan very close to towel day. It just adds an element of fun to our little adventure.

Sounds a bit corny, but truly the best gift I have received in exchange are the friendships that grew, and the simple exchange of kindness. Never expected this would happen in the hobby. And I'm in awe when it happens...

well, BSB is not going to file, but for your edification, here's the math:

assume BSB averages $200 per hobbyist..

there have been 283 days in 2013

she has seen 10,000 guys in 2013 ($2 million/$200)

10,000/283 = approxinately 35... 35 guys per day

BSB sleeps 8 hours a day

24 hours in a day - 8 = hours per day BSB is available to fuck, or 16 hours

16 hours X 60 minutes = minutes per day BSB can fuck, or 960

960/ 35 guys = approximately one guy every 28 minutes, in 2013

conclusion: BSB fucks like a Jack Rabbit!

I used to bring gifts every session. Several factors have swayed me off the practice for the most part. Few indicated they were pleased with my choice of flowers or wine or alcohol selected from their profile likes indicated. Those who did, I still gift. Second- my budget funded by fixed income gets tighter as costs spiral including provider donations. Limits the amount for extra.
