It's certainly not in keeping with the principles of our country, life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Although it does tie in well with the whole puritanical America and the sense of exceptionalism.

Our country is founded on a sense of individual agency as well too though. I don't think the intent is for our laws to be formed to protect the most vulnerable always. If someone is unable to pick up the phone and call for help on a multi-language menu then they are at a disadvantage although I understand this is the reality sometimes. We live in a world where there's little to stop someone from failing in the marketplace and starving on a street corner. Look how Austin is dealing with those folks now, it's really telling where their spirit is really at.

A lot of people are hurt these days that while trafficked are never openly marketed, mainly kids with bad parents or in foster care. I don't see anything in this law that protects them although they're admittedly the most vulnerable and probably some of the most innocent victims of trafficking. One of these kids who is a ward of the state and forced into foster care with perverse foster parents, can the state be punished for pimping? Can a minister be held accountable when he preaches to abused kids that they just need to shut up because their parents are Godly? Will the state have mercy when the abused young teen gets pregnant and wants an abortion?

And the answer is ''no'', accountability stops where current lawmakers say it stops, subject to the whims and decisions of legislatures that follow, and Judges who take Bribes. There are so many people who are full of shit about the whole subject, especially when it reaches as far as you are taking it.

It's naive to think politicians are more interested in upholding principles or values. The no.1 rule in politics is to stay in power. Without that they are as good as 80 year old street walker with gag reflex! So any politician will try to support measures they think will get them elected whether it addresses real problems or not.

When I started the hobby 4 years ago DFW was a fucking paradise!! I was amazed at all the places I could get serviced and how good it was. Then I found Hana and her service was like being in a porn! Other cities in Germany also have a big scene. In some, such as Munich, it is more in tucked away areas(have to get address online), but a LOT of fun is there to be had and all of it legal. Yep I've had very positive great times in German, Austrian, Dutch, Swiss and other northern euro girl places(Will also mention a fun area of Athens, Greece... another in Genova, Italy...I could go on and on). Isn't it interesting that those cultures are much older, much more mature than that of USA, and especially Texas.

Heard rumors about Amsterdam trying to deal with trafficking in more recent years...but last time I was there in 2016 the famed red light area was still running strong.

I remember they tried this in houston a few years back. The mayor created a similar law but in exchange it allowed clubs to be top less with no pasties and a club in violation would lose their liquor license.

Over time it became lax and back to the normal way of fun but when it was fresh off the presses, clubs were on total lockdown. Many clubs lost clientele and money.

What good was a liquor license when no one is coming to your club to buy liquor because of the laws in place?

Honestly the only thing NV has to recommend it is the legal aspect. The prices are ridiculous , the locations are very remote and the smaller ones don’t even have nice facilities. At the same time the stuff easily available is not legal and still expensive. DR and CR are both easy flights ( 3 or 4 hours) not too expensive and if you like dark hair , dark eyes and truly young a paradise for the hobby. It’s legal and the price is great.

St Maarten in the Caribbean (Dutch territory) has great girl clubs at great prices compared to average US rates, many beautiful and very clean ladies mostly from Columbia one can find there, regulated and legal, ongoing med exams required for the providers.

I've been impressed with Canada strip clubs I've visited.. and I've heard good things about brothels there...even some strip clubs include a very upfront brothel with full menu.
