Excellent plan of theirs getting a search warrant for financials is easy. If they see you regularly withdrawing 200 bucks for what should be a 80 dollar massage you're pretty suspect. Maybe the AMPs and Studios need to start taking crypto as payment that's a little more difficult to track.

It's probable cause and enough to get you investigate by the DA to try and find any patterns in your finances. It just depends on how aggressively the local DA wants to enforce this I'll conceived law.

Your logic is a little circular. To find out about your cash withdrawals the DA would already need to have access to your finances.

Perhaps I'm going off track here but I'm beginning to think this new law is like a form of cultural imperialism. The workers swear up and down over and over they're not being trafficked and that they're not psychologically harmed. Really no one's getting harmed in any consistent way.

Yet there are activists that take a stance that anyone involved in sex work is being harmed arbitrarily no matter what, even if it's a racy picture in a Cosmo magazine or something. And when you dig deeper you see that it's just them buying into a world where women cannot be sex objects and men who see women as sex objects only see them as sex objects. This sort of understanding of humanity comes from a religious stance or some sort of dualist stance where of the flesh is bad and of the spirit is good. Any scientific understanding would show that we're all just atoms, one body fluid isn't much different than another, and the concept of purity is completely culturally bound.

Anyway the cultural imperialism comes in in that they see themselves as advanced and knowledgeable in psychology and trauma and whatnot and that they're really just trying to save everyone from themselves that engage in any sort of commercial sexual experience. To me it doesn't seem much different versus the Victorian era British going into some country and taking them over on the grounds that they need to stop polygamy and what not. In our case they justify locking someone up and throwing away the key somehow for the sake of preventing people from losing their freedom. It is an irony really that people will lose their freedom allegedly for people to gain their freedom even though there's no obvious mechanism that will lead to anyone gaining anything other than the non-for-profit leaders getting a bigger cut in their donations and lawyers and jailers grabbing some more cash.

If he pulls all the transactions from the ATM machine at the spa and sees 200 dollar withdrawals from a place that only charges 80 dollars. It's not hard for them to guess what's going on there. That would give them plenty of cause to obtain a search warrant for the rest of your financials and see what you've been up to. Then the arrest warrant comes and you're up shit creek.

I just saw a friend of mine that we talked about the subject matter. She’s quitting and got a real job. She told me she’s not taking a chance after September 1st. You do know they will use someone or place as an example to enforce the law.
