You Can't Hide Your Lyin' Eyes...
It's a dreary day and I'm stuck in the office with only The Eagles to keep me company.
So, I came up with a new discussion topic.
What is the craziest lie you've ever heard that was Hobby Related? Maybe it was a crazy excuse for a NC/NS. Or something you told your SO.
Or maybe some crazy fake persona you invented.
Just curious...
To start...
I worked at Hooters in college. They had a strict rule against stripping or escorting. One girl at the Hooters across town got fired when it was discovered she was working for an escort agency and soliciting customers.
Instead of going quietly, she showed up at our Hooters with a different haircut and claimed she was her twin sister. Surprisingly, she got hired by some idiot. However, it didnt take too long for her to be recognized and fired again.

The worst I've experienced so far was standing on the front porch of a house (apartments), seeing the provider come down the stairs, look at me through the big oval window in the door, turn around and go back up the stairs, and text me, as I'm standing there on the porch, "I'm suddenly very ill, had to leave."
Turns out she thought I was wearing a uniform. I had Birkenstock sandals, black jeans and this t-shirt on:
 
So . . . yeah.

Arrived at stated intersection at 7:30 am as instructed for an early morning appointment. Called provider, no answer. Waited ten minutes, called again. She claimed she was at the ER with her kid and feels bad about not calling me. Problem is I could hear her rinsing or washing dishes.
Or the time I arrived and the provider stated Aunt Flo just arrived. Two days later there was a review. I contacted the reviewer his appointment was about five hours after my appointment time.

My dog bit my dick....
Said he was jacking off to last longer with me and his dog came around the corner and bite the tip! He wrote a review 2 weeks later and I contacted the review girl and she confirmed that there were 2 bite marks on his dick and that he had told her the whole dog biting story!
Please put the cat, dog, gerbil, or whatever away before your little man comes out to play!

Once told my SO that I had to go to the sheriff's office to renew my concealed weapons permit. Was actually using my other concealed weapon down the street from her office.

Well Shucks, that means I can't use the most interesting "cancellation' reason I've ever gotten. She contacted me a bit over an hour from our appointment time to tell me her daughter just went into labor and she had to go to the hospital to be with her. Can't use it here, because it was actually the truth.
