Well, without boring you with too many annoying details:

Scenario 1: a three carat engagement ring, a Platinum Amex, a house in a nice neighborhood and a marriage license. And not having to work at a job I hate.

Scenario 2: $2500 a month cash, a condo paid off in my name, car of my choice paid off in my name. Open tabs at two of my fave restaurants and the ability to still maintain my freedom by working at a job I love.
