Dream In-Call?

Men,

What do you guys invsion as your dream in-call? I will throw a few things out there but feel free to expound and elaborate...

• Home, Hotel, Apartment?
• Low traffic..Hi Traffic?
• Low floor of high?
• Smells (girly smells or more warm/vanilla type,etc)
• Decorations? (mave cave ish, or girly)
• Beer? Wine? Water?
  

Just some of the things I thought of off the top of my head. Anyone, feel free to contribute...

Easier for me to say what is the opposite of a Dream incall.

• Smoke smell or visible cigarette ash.
• Clothes and trash strewn about the floor and furniture.
• Pets.
• Dirty bathroom; no clean towels; no TP.
• Anyone at the incall other than you (unless I planned it that way).
• Incall located in a questionable area.

Eliminate the above and it should be fine. Guess I do not have high expectations at this point. But location is key for me, just like in Real Estate.

I've never thought about it.

But if I was to venture some thought on it, Apartment is nice if it is not high volume area. Don't mind a nice hotel though. Roomy one. Doesn't matter the floor. But fantasy of sex on the balcony at night alludes to upper floors.
Girly smell is okay if it is low key. Any smell listed above as long as it isn't strong.
I think the decorations would match the mood. Modern is nice. But a well interior designer touch will make any accommodating. I think how it brings out the passion in the woman would dictate what she would want.
I usually bring my own but will peruse the incalls beverages.

And FL, I've had some pleasant surprises when I meet an extra person at the incall.

I'm not too picky as long it's not a hole in a wall roach coach motel and it is decent. As far as smells and decorations, it can be whatever it makes the provider feel comfortable and she feels that can set the mood for herself, I'm good either way!!

In order of preference, I feel most comfortable in a house, then an apartment, and then in a hotel; I don't like walking into a hotel I'm not staying at, especially if there are a couple of people behind the check-in desk giving me the stink-eye.
Size of the place is not important. I'm not crazy about seeing kids toys scattered around...but a display of some grown-up toys is fun (like CharlotteHoney, SlaveG and MsPrittiKitti have been known to have). Cleanliness is a must, towels are a must...and LUBE is a must. I've been surprised by providers who had no lube of any kind.
