I would like to personally take the time to apologize to Ms. Katie Kartwright for not meeting or exceeding her expectations. I think she's a great provider with an awesome talent, I have always had her back even when she received a negative review. However, We could not help her reach her fiscal goals, and we both hoped she would be more popular. It could have been due to the holidays. We posted a few ads, sent out her profile to our database of regular clientele, and was only able to book 3 appts.
I was out of town during her brief experience with GFX, and by the time I returned her stint was over It was a mutual decision to go our separate ways.

During her time with us, she was working with one of our representatives. We were short-staffed and running a skeleton crew. He had been working with us for a few months without incident providing support for daily operations. Originally hired as a driver, he was given more responsibility pick-up/drop-off models from the airport, help obtain an incall location, take photos, and handling funds.

Several "issues" ensued.
1. Blurring her face on eccie - (we were confused because her face was live from her previous posts, be we still obliged)
2. Her squirting video wasn't password protected (we fixed it immediately)
3. A client attempted bbfs - (she blamed us/ we reprimanded him/ explained to her prevention)
4. 2 clients cancelled/rescheduled - (she blamed us, "I thought your clients never flake!")
5. The weight debate - she claimed 147, a client thought 160/165, so we asked to weigh her (this upset her)
6. He told her to get a key from the front desk and it was in her name. she used her fake name instead of her real name. you have to use your real name to check in, she was frustrated by this.
7. He was late due to babysitter/ so she took the entire day off - (she missed the weigh-in / we had to cancel her remaining appts)
8. She demanded all her photos be sent to her - (no problem we no longer needed them)

The aftermath, he sent a link to the photos.zip file, but she couldn't download it, tried google drive that didn't work for her finally
he sent the files in 3 separate emails containing 10-15 attachments each. Bam! she got them. Cool. Everything should have been copastetic
WRONG! For some reason they (driver/katie) kept bickering back and forth.

He claims her email address was still on his clipboard from sending the photos.
So when he goes to his face book page later that evening
and clicks in the search bar to search for a different profile the browser populated a match to her profile.
(I wasn't able to duplicate this with my browser/laptop)
Apparently he checked out her page, I was appalled. Then he goes a step further, and text her he thought it
was cool she did bible study with a certain group, explained he belonged to a particular group as a way to "squash" the beef and reconcile their differences. She was outraged, he assured her if he ever went there he wouldn't mention the hobby, but she took it as a "veiled" threat. I had him forward the messages to me, in context it appeared harmless, but if you wanted to read in between the lines, you could see her point. He did actually send her his favorite passage and he has shared his spiritual side with me when my aunt passed recently. So, I really don't think he would walk-in anywhere and try to "out" anyone. He's not crazy! Nevertheless, I expressed how inappropriate it is to connect the Real World with this hobby.

Upon further research, I discovered he was fraternizing with another provider of ours, which is strictly prohibited within our organization. If you work for us you can't date the ladies, because it is a conflict of interests and from my experience could become problematic and usually does. I gave him an ultimatum date or drive you can't do both. He chose dating, so he is no longer working with us. We have stripped him of his "GFX PATCH" and he has been exiled from the club. LOL I've been watching too much SAMCRO.

In the future, I think we will only hire female-drivers. Once, again I'd like to apologize to Katie for everything that went wrong even though, I wasn't here and most of it was beyond my control, but it still happened on "my watch" and I take full responsibility.

I don't think I could physically tell the difference between 147 and 160, maybe 165.

And you probably shouldn't have busted her balls over 13 pounds. Unless this guy works at the carnival guessing people's weight. As a woman you should know there can be a certain amount of natural fluctuation of weight in both men and women, with women especially water weight.

I agree. Right now I weigh 155. But in the summer 145. I can tell the difference but I've seen the difference. No one guesses my correct weight either, it's always either 130-140. If I weighed 130, I'd be super scrawny.

That sucks she wasn't that popular. I hope she finds success in her next venture

As for the rest of your post, I do not see any "busting of balls" here. I see that I would probably not patronize an agency managed by JSmith, which would be lacking in standards.

I do wish success for Katie in the pursuit of her goals.

I can't turn down a prescription for more hobbying, however accounting for utr girls I've met with I've easily seen as many ladies as you've reviewed if not more.

On a woman I'm dating, sure I could tell if she gained 13 pounds, but on a girl I'm seeing for the first time, no way, all ladies are different and I'd be hard pressed to visually tell if a girl weight 13 pounds more the she claimed, of course I wouldn't care any way.

Also it's not like the difference takes her from a spinner to an average girl, or an average girl to a bbw.

I'm a shitty judge of weight, you look 130 in your showcase pics. Maybe its cause I'm used to curvy older providers that you already look kind of "thinner" than what your weight says. Put up a new picture of yourself, hopefully that big booty of yours got bigger

I agree though, 10 or 15 pounds makes a difference for real. In this one provider I used to see I could notice the difference for sure when it came to the "mommy tummy". But I still digged her

Asshole? Some might say that. Especially those that "wouldn't care" about a girl's look. That's more the issue isn't it? Not that you can't tell the difference, but that you "wouldn't care anyway". A lot of guys here have higher standards than that.

Right? I believe we already admitted in hindsight we could have done things differently, however we are not clairvoyant. Its easy to sit on the sidelines and highlight the negative. I challenge you to challenge yourself and try to find anything positive or any optimism. You can't make the paradigm shift can you?

GFX believes in full-disclosure, we would rather the bad news come from us. Drivers undergo background check, employment reference check, p-tests and must have a clean driving record. We also dig a little deeper for vetting purposes. He passed, and also received recommendation from several others. I believe this was an isolated incident and he made a rash impulsive decision under clouded judgement.

As far as, dating, well if you could tell me how to prevent co-workers from falling in love, and how to control others human emotions, or how to enforce the fraternization rule, by all means….

GFX will never attend any events sponsored or endorsed by you EVER! Please stop SPAMMING us.
