The threads that you are referring to will be closed in due time, if they meet the requirements stated by the guidelines. With a statement like this let me assure you we are just getting started. This is on Mokoa's shoulders....and it has been coming for years....

You have a Mod that no one respects because of the heavy hand he is wielding and selective enforcement.... But even that is not the reason.....

Unless things have changed while I was gone Mods are here to enforce the guidelines as established by the owners not to determine what people can or cannot discuss.

I know you are probably getting pressure but we used to have Mods in Austin that tried that a long time ago.... It only took a handful of people to standup and be heard before they were all replaced with people that understood their place.....

Not my style.... I do it in the forums and in front of the community.....

I make requests to Admins when I feel a Mod has erred in judgement.... They are human and make mistakes..... I have done that. I will however question and draw attention to it here..... In the past, people became complacent and then even fearful to question what the Mods decided... Sometimes it takes a few to stand up and do so..... then others will join in.....

I never do..... When there is a story that needs to be told I let people in a position to judge know and then I just tell it as it is..... the chips fall where they will...

I've disagreed with Mokoa on a number of things from the very beginning....

At the moment it;s about the way the people here in this community simply go around him and and the decisions he makes..... show no respect for the very rules they want to scream for protection under.... and he is either inundated with dealing with it or he simply needs help with it.....

Is JJ and Mokoa on the same team? JJ comments on a thread and a few posts later along comes Mokoa with his broom to move the thread to another forum because it does not belong there? Wouldn't a bit of common courtesy be for one Mod to point out to the other he might have missed something that needed doing? Maybe he just got a bit carried away.....

The other two here do not seem to be on the whole Rule 30 kick that Mokoa seems to be all worked up about....

Mokoa gets rid of links to "porn sites"... doesn't seem to be against any guidelines to post a link to a site... a rather famous thread for years on the old site was one providing links to some great porn...... But you get non stop pic posting by ladies....

So what is Pornography? A lot of everyday standards would classify a lot of the ladies pic posting as just that..... Why is a link edited out?

If anyone studies the guidelines very close, they might see this. Red above and below condenses the reading to pertinent points.
