Exclamation Hacked and changing ALL info... advice needed

So this so called friend has totally hacked and hijacked all my electronic devices... 2 laptops and 3 phones. Fixed the laptops once already including a complete reinstall of vista over windows 8... but he put codec in files like pix... sd cards and my external harddrive that gave him entry once again. This guy knows his shit... unlike the so called detectives at sapd who have no idea what a fucking cybercrime even is. I need to replacee all my devices and rental ins will cover it but not without a police report.

Ugh. So here is my new email addy gingerlishioustxx@gmail.com

Please don't use the other one or my 512 number associated with it as I am changing all of that. Contact through here is best as I have admin support in monitering this account ( I hope anyway. )

Any hack gurus or peeps w intel on how to forensic examine my stuff would be helpful and amazing right now.

Ugh

Vista is full of Bugs. I would recommend Windows 7

First sounds like you have a HOLE in your home wifi network. Cant get to your gear unless it is on a network.

CCleaner , Then to wipe the drive clean you need at least 7 passes. The reinstall software.
Only back up Items you know are not corrupt on a portable drive.
Never store on devices

I agree with Guy F. Windows 7 better than vista.. I would also recommend spybot search and destroy, they have a free edition you can use.

It does not matter what machine you use. It does not matter what operating environment you use. There is malicious code out there that can wreak havoc on you. Take the necessary steps to secure what you have.

The following are all good free tools for keeping the computer clean and free of malicious code as well as other nasty stuff.

CCleaner

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Revo Uninstaller

Avast! Antivirus

Zone Alarm Firewall

These are what I have been using for years. With these tools I have never had any malicious code cripple or otherwise have any effect on my Windows system. Also, the database updates for Avast! and Malwarebytes are free as well.

I use Ccleaner and Avast anti-virus. Everything's been good with these 2 softwares.

Dont forget Windows and Microsoft Updates as well. Very, very important.

Windows Vista and 7: Start Button > All Programs > Windows Updates

If you have other Microsoft products (Office, etc.) make sure to go into the settings for updates and check the box for Microsoft Updates > Give me updates for Microsoft products...

Web search to find out how to update for other versions of Microsoft OS (XP, 8).

Check for Updates and Restart often!

Most of the true spyware that is out there for Apple devices has to be manually loaded with hands on the machine. Apple hardware is much more expensive but all the firewall in the world won't protect any Windows software

Ok this is the short version of the looong story:

This is someone I have known since 2002. It had been a long time since we had seen one another and we reunited via another friend who had just gotten back from an.... uh... extended absence. Anyhoo... we were hanging at my place basiclyy having a party w several others and my downstairs neihbor asks do I want to buy this laptop for 125. Hell yeah I did. The chick w him had the unlock codes and all so I assumed it wasn't stolen and that's when "douche" offered to put that one bacck on the box settings mode and update'work on my old one as well for 100 bucks. He had my property in his posession for about 2 days plus he nicely offerred to put all this bad ass music on my phone for me ( it was a droid razr I had jus bought for 125 also. So I get the laptops back... he's got it running on a diff operating system ( slipping my mind which one ) and all this weird shit is sending me alarms... so I asked him " what did you do to my stuff? That mustve enraged him because man... he really went all out doing stuff in front of my and other peoples eyes... restarting the old laptop and changing my password while I was actually usingit. Forget the new laptop... it wouldn't even boot in safe mode.

So a buddy fixed them butt uderestimated his total lack of any life orhis abundance in knowledge of black hat hacker realm. I've done all the things I read and still... he hijacks my shit. I am at loss for what to do to get rid of this jackoff and I'm at a serious witts end.
