You get the gel. I always get the real stuff off of Ebay.

Then, it's important for both of you to get wet beforehand ... or the gel gets "pilly" quicker and dries out.

You'll want a messy play mat ... or even a small inflatable kiddie pool. It's VERY slippery. More slippery than oils. Have a dry towel by you because you'll need it.

One of those rubber sheets would work. Or a tarp over the bed. Remember, you can easily slide off the side of the bed. Consider using the floor.

Then you slip and slide all over each other. It's fun. Some people love it but many will try it once and say that they liked the experience but it wouldn't be something that they would do again.

Then, you'll BOTH have to shower very well afterwards. And to get that gel off, you have to use a wash cloth and soap. It does NOT rinse off easily.
