He Had A Heart Attack!!
Now what do you do? As providers we do tend to see older gentlemen. What do we do if we are in a session and he starts having a heart attack, stroke, faints, or some other serious medical issue? Do we call 911 and try and play it off? Do we call 911 and leave the area? Has any provider had something like this happened before? I've heard stories before and I've been wondering what the men in the hobby would want us to do and what the other providers would do.

I was just taking a nap! :-)
But seriously, please call 911. I don't care if you stay or leave... Just be safe.
If you do stay, please keep your shirt off as 'they' may be the last thing I see on this earth!

Everyone should take a CPR class at least once. Many are free.

If you call 911, the dispatcher will coach you on CPR while the first responders get there. I suggest not leaving. That person may die if you do. Once the first responders get there, then leave. You don't have to stay or answer any questions.

I would call 911, put it on speaker, get his pants on him super duper fast, and follow further instructions. If Im naked when they get there, sorry! Im just a stripper or the fuckbuddy (obviously if there was time I would get dressed) I'd rather know the guy is going to be ok though. I did have one guy tell me a while back they had heart issues, so he instructed me on what to do in case of an emergency. If I remember correctly I was supposed to press a button on something he wore.

Good advice from everyone, especially JJ and Pepper. The 911 operator will definitely let you know what to do until EMS arrives. All they really care about is making sure the patient doesn't code if possible.

Learn the early warning signs of a heart attack. Ladies and gents, if something doesn't seem right, call EMS when you first suspect something may be going downhill.
Ladies, please learn to multi task and finish the BJ while simultaneously giving me CPR! Ill tip you well, and write a good review for that if I make it through the day!

Thanks, Pepper, for your willingness to go out on a limb to save a life.
This actually happened to somebody once...don't remember who though.

Trust me, EMS has seen it all. Call 9-1-1, stay with the guy, follow any instructions the 9-1-1 operator has for you. I am a former firefighter/paramedic. I have been, in a professional capacity, to obvious scenes of illicit pleasure. Our only concern is the life in question. You will be asked for your name, relationship (go ahead and say "friend"). We then take the patient to the trauma center.
I had it happen one time when I was at a swinger party (as a participant.) One of the other guests began having heart symptoms while he was with a playmate. Someone remembered that I was a paramedic and told me which room the guy was in. I immediately told the host to call EMS (I was in a municipality other than the one in which I worked). I was able to keep the guy going (gave him a baby aspirin the hosts had) until EMS arrived, stabilized him and took him to the ER. For all intents and purposes, the party looked like a vanilla cocktail party when the guys arrived. Kinda threw a wet blanket on the proceedings until word was received that he was going to pull through.
Great thought, PDid...get instructed in a basic life support course. And then when the incident happens KEEP YOUR HEAD and do as you have been taught. Getting a baby aspirin down the victim can help - it's a blood thinner. Keep some in your Play Pack, ladies. More than likely you will be the diffference between life and death.

Calling 911 and staying to help until the paramedics get there will not cause questions that can't be answered safely. Leaving could cause unanswered questions and that would seem more dangerous to me especially if the guy dies.
