I've been trying to log onto eccie on both my computer and phone... I get either a messagr saying wrong username or password until I've reached the limit or I get on and in a matter of minutes I'm kicked off. I have tried changing the password and it helped for a sec then started up again. What can be going on? =[

I didn't see any issues with your account nor did I see any "red flags" I will send you a PM with some instructions for you if it continues to happen with your computer.

Purge your browser cache, reboot, restart, etc... and then try a different browser if you are using IE (Chrome or FireFox).

Change your password again soon (just in case someone has it or has hacked it) and make sure it is secure with numbers and possibly punctuation marks (if allowed) used instead of letters. No dictionary words and no proper names without changes.
