We're talking about maybe 15 seconds to do a quick text, for crying out loud. Not doing it screams disrespect loud and clear.

NCNS sucks for sure. NightmareSally is also good for that and she posting again. She must be getting hungry too. Put both of these two on your DO NOT CALL list. Bobave has it right: there is no acceptable reason for a NCNS. At least have to common courtesy to make contact with a "valid" reason why you can't make it: and remember, you can only have so many car break downs, mom's in the hospital, sick dog excuses a year. But at least a lame excuse is better than crickets and wasting our time. Time wasters should be outed and avoided.

It was not a very professional response (I read it before Mod took it off).

It will be interesting to read the other side of the story.
I am sure Max has many friends and has been/will be alerted ... Heck, I would not mind DW weight in.

Bobave, I would probably allow more reasons than you for NCNS, BUT I agree either a quick notice OR if that is not possible, a message later with an excuse and an offer to make it up would be the right thing to do.

Actually the OP stated that he was messaging the booker ( who he believed was Maxeen ) . As far as I know this is not the case.
