Using the hobby to better my life...

I've been doing a ton of self assessment and have concluded my tenure here is going to be utilized in a manner to better myself and eliminate personal feelings of utter unacomplishment. While the money is wonderful and the majority of people have been amazingly beneficial.... I find myself wanting more out of life.

I don't want to return to the bar biz... or the hospitality field... so I have contemplated returning to school to become a paralegal. I started once already back in 04... and did not complete the program due to mistakes I made and the consequences which followed them. I have made an appointment with the head of the paralegal studies program at a certain school and was amazed to discover she remembered me andwants me back. I take this as a sign of a brighter future ahead and will throw myself into the hobby with gusto to fullfill paying my way through the program without the nuisance of pesky student loans.

Somewhere along the road of my life I gave up believing in myself. The hobby world has shown me that the means can justify the ends. With this knowledge comes the power of knowing its never too late to chase down dreams given up on ... no matter what.

Good idea Ginger , do something useful with the money you make . Because in the RW almost no one makes 250 hr . And an exit strategy should be part of your plan ! Hobby doesn't last forever ! Be smart , and follow through !

I wish my goal could be as noble. I enjoy being an entrepreneur and working from home. Although I'm looking at becoming a bounty hunter (no not like Dogg). I'm too wild to be be confined at a job for 5 days a week 8-9 hours a day. I love the freedom of being my own boss. I have 5 home businesses and I love it. Thinking about adding two more. I also love getting the discounts lol.
