Since sometime yesterday all I get is an Eccie Message:

connection to 172.17.2.86:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

To the left there is a Contact Us link 9 selections down , that will let you contact administration .

Update from Websupport (earlier this week):

"We're aware of the issue and we're working on it. Upgrading the search function actually. Once we bring it back online 100% it will be better than its been in the past."

So we need to be patient as this thing reared its ugly head again today ....
