How to get a referral from provider?

What is the process? I had a session with a provider yesterday that said she would gladly give me one. Any assistance would help.

Well, when you go to visit your NEXT provider, you can give her the name of the provider that offered the reference, and she will vouch for you, saying that you are a safe, courteous hobbyist who's worth seeing.

It is also polite to contact the person being used as a reference prior to using her name with the new provider, to tell her to expect a call or email. This increases the chance that the two parties will connect and you can go about your hobby way.
