Anyone ever done this? Does it really benefit in anyways or is it just a massage/breathing and do you really need to do all the sessions to get the full effect?

Real Tantra is Energy work. Many of us combine it with a sensual massage, because, let's face it, you guys wouldn't be very interested in laying fully clothed just doing the techniques.

The pelvic and breathing combination also has the benefit to teach men how to increase stamina and improve ejaculation control.

So, in my opinion, those who will tell you that you need to buy and commit to complete more than one session, will teach you one element at a time and on the final session they will combine them all.

I've had a few tantra sessions. Tantra isn't for everyone, but when both partners are in the same mindset...it is VERY fulfilling!

I tried it once with a provider. She advertised tantric sessions but what she did was give me a bbbj and tell me let her know when I was close to blowing. When I was she stopped, did something else (can't remember exactly) that went on several times to I think build it up and then let me release. It was a nice nut, but then again I've never met a nut I didn't like.

Many abuse the "Tantra" term. Some sell it as doing anal stimulation, others just to arousal and then hold, even using toys or other type of foreplay that has NOTHING to do with Tantra.

A Tantra session is not just sensual and sexual, but awakening of your KUNDALINI energy. If the latest is not included, then is not Tantra but a poor imitation of it.
