Syracuse Basketball
What does everyone think about SU basketball this year? I'm a huge fan.
Yesterday Fab Melo got taken to school by a 6'8" white guy, but C. J. Fair showed flashes of NBA potential and the Orangemen pulled out a 10 point win over Rutgers.
Does SU have a chance to win a national championship this year? I think if Dion Waiters and C. J. Fair get on a roll it's entirely possible.
And is that Derrick Coleman's son at Jamesville-Dewitt who will join the team next year? Will he be as good as his father?

I'm loving SU hoops this year too. They're tough to figure thoughr, as the Big East seems to be down this year. I have watched a lot of college hoops and Kentucky, Mizzou, Mich. St. all look very strong to me. Could SU join them in the Final Four? I hope so, but Boeheim's best teams tend to choke in the Sweet Sixteen. So who knows? And as some sportscaster once said, "That's why they play the games."

The team seems to find ways to win despite looking like they're playing poorly. I wouldn't want to run into them in the playoffs. While I think they have the ability to lose to a lower ranked team, there is going to be some night it is all going to come together for them and they could absolutely pound a really good team. They say defense wins championships. We will see.

The next two games will be revenge games for Uconn and L'ville. If Cuse wins both, then I would say they are final four bound. Bring it on Kentucky
