As the progressive leftists have so often said, " No one is above the law!" So let the chips fall where they may.
President Trump's conviction on similar charges is sentence -pending till he leaves office. We will see what is what after that conviction is appealed.
Let the legal process move forwarded we will all see what is what with AG James.
If she didn't do it.she will be acquitted. If she did commit fraud in some real estate deal, she will go to jail . . .right?

Letitia James is accused of committing bank fraud by misrepresenting a property as her secondary residence, which allowed her to secure a lower mortgage rate. This misrepresentation allegedly saved her approximately $17,837 over the life of the 30-year loan.
Trump inflated his property values to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars to secure loans at favorable rates.
But these are exactly the same things? Right?

Yes they are. scale matters not. what matters is did James misrepresent the usage of these properties? if she did she committed crimes
