Newsome isn't a great candidate- but he's also not a BAD one. I'd personally prefer a Josh Shapiro- but he is lacking in the polished panache department. Newsome has that over him. I mean if it's merely an election based on the same influences from 2024- then it's about who has the most money to give away at rally's and who can be on TV 24/7 without paying for it. DJT had his own personal TV network- (still does) and was on as much as he wanted for free. Imagine the DEMs giving away million dollar prizes, embellished bibles, golden sneakers and blue hats to everyone who would be willing to wear one!??
