I just noticed a new spa opened up in the old Just Relax S1st location. Curiosity will probably get the better of me and I’ll try it out. Anyone else tried that spa out yet? Looks like the name is VIP spa.

It's not in the same location... it is between the old Just Relax and the "old yellow house". I did try it out. Mama-san is thick but playful. Overall it was meh.

I just Google'd "VIP Spa Austin" and I got the old Just Relax location.

The street view shows the suite number of 106. Hours of operation show they close at 10pm! Would love to have another L3 spa in this area!

My mistake, you are right. The place I visited is called First Massage and its at 4315, between the OYH and Casa Garcia/original Just Relax spot. 3 spas within a 1/4 mile of one another.
