Unfortunately this presents a problem for anyone to answer. The last thing you want is for someone to be parked in your favorite spot! Here is the best suggestion I can give you. Go someplace that you know for sure has no traffic at the time you are needing a place and that isn't policed either. Night time is easier for many places. Where I'm from, I go to a river access that has barely any water in the river anymore and its down an old road with a condemned bridge and the parking area is surrounded by trees. It's perfect! Closest house is half a mile at least.
A cemetery can be good for night time. Also a field entrance with a decent treeline alongside the road is very good for night, maybe day if you know there won't be any farmers showing up and you are well hidden from the road.
Daytime spots are much more hard to come by, especially in the city. If you have well tinted windows and just getting some head, a low traffic corner of a Wally world parking lot can be perfect.
Park's could work, again if not heavily policed.
Do some recon of the city and surrounding areas with these Ideas in mind and I think you can find a few good places.
