Best "scenic" place to enjoy a smoothie in South ATx?

I'm craving something delicious to quench my thirst on this sizzlin afternoon

I was thinking today would be the perfect day to go kayaking or perhaps hit up a rooftop pool...
I'm craving the feeling of warmth from the sun kissing my naked (or damn near naked) skin

Does anyone happen to know of any good ones spots in the area? (As in rooftop pools, or even just a scenic, non-crowded pools/swimming holes etc, that makes smoothies, in the same building or area)....?
