Did some research and thinking (you all should try it) but this is starting to sound like another Trump troll. Who got the messages? A poor journalist/editor who ran the discredited "Trump calls veteran losers" story.
When did he get them? Two hours before the strike where he claims they were deciding how to hit the targets....the jets were already loaded and the missiles already tasked at that point. Make a decision to go according Goldberg, no, the only decision would be to abort.
Which brings me to the language. No banal comments that you hear among coworkers. No abbreviated references that you all know you're discussing. It was too pat and simple. Written for a layman to understand.
I think this will be a troll in the end based on what we know so far. Why? To discredit a single journalist? To orchestrate a leak to put something in front of the public or considering, the leaders of Europe that we're rescuing again.

Tulsi actually declined to confirm whether she participated in the convo since its under review by the NSC
Ratcliffe confirmed he was in the group but said nothing classified was shared.
