... Some of the posters here surely seem more on the ball
than the patchel of lads in the other forum - so I'm
gonna attempt to enlighten you all about what is happening:

... We're no doubt witnessing the great marshalling of
support for 2028 by the Democrats. And they are doing that
by staying quiet.

... Everybody who follows politics here has witnessed
the rather abrupt "transformation" of John Fetterman
- the Dem senator from PA... In a Sydney minute
Mr. Fetterman has gone from Liberal "maverick" John
to conservative John - who now puts the badmouth om
his fellow Dems with each passing day.

... But we've also seen very little pushback by
Democrat leaders against him... And WHY is that??

... Because Fetterman's new-found "conservatism"
is all bullshit - and is a ruse that's surely been
concocted to move BOTH conservatives AND liberals
to the centre - so Fetterman can thus garner the
Democrat nomination for President.

... Think about this for half-a-mo... The Dems have
NOBODY who can compete two years from now - once the
campaign season ramps up. ... Newsome?? AOC??
Is anyone else being mentioned?

... The Dems would be just as Happy with Fetterman
pushing for the centre-voter support.
Acting like a moderate "outsider" who would surely
rule as Liberal as OBama or Biden.

... However --- standing in Fetterman's way are the
Conservatives who see and understand this.
And who will surely continue to point this out...

Fetterman is a phony... And he's NOT fooling we Conservatives.

Fetterman for POTUS? What you smoking sir? Nobody on the Dems would support that. Just saying. They want a guy / gal who can win in all states . Not that he could do that in PA, but it would be a vote against the "other side". IMHO anyway

The Dems are pushing back on Fetterman. They’re going to primary him. Connor Lamb started something to move in that direction.

He’s nowhere near radical enough to get the Dem nomination. These dummies think lost last time because they’re not wacko enough, when the truth is the complete opposite. I’d be worried about a better packaged Fetterman who could siphon off centrist votes, he’s too rough around the edges for most, but he/she’d never make it through the primary.

I watched his interview with Laura Trump- and while I was expecting a stuttering dumbass, he was surprisingly level headed and has some good common sense. He's certainly much better than he was, and a better choice then and now than OZ was. I do agree that he's gonna face some music with siding with GOP folk vs. the DEMs, but refreshingly- he has good reasons for doing so. Specifically - he said the following " I have friends on both sides of the aisle,- WE NEED EACH OTHER".

I would suggest that both sides could learn a thing or two from the goofy giant in congress. He's a normal voice in an AB Normal time.
