Stamford, CT and Poughkeepsie
If anyone makes it to Stamford, the RMP (Russian Massage Parlor) called Scratch is a great time.
In Poughkeepsie area, there is InSpa, which is the best AMP in upstate NY that I've ever come across.

Any Road In Spa is on..I used to live down there and when I went back for a visit my old stand by Spring was gone.. i am going back in a few weeks any info will be helpful

Up until 3 years ago I lived down in the HV and the place was a dud.. I am going back in two weeks, and I will review the place upon your recommendations............... ..
