Actually said this in Israel--
President Biden, visiting Israel on Wednesday, added yet another entry to his long list of gaffes, mistakenly saying we must keep alive the "honor of the Holocaust."
The president made the flub shortly after touching down in Israel, kicking off a two-day visit with Middle Eastern country’s leaders.

When President Kennedy, seaking a phrase in German, said "I am a jelly roll." to a crowd in Berlin, that was a gaff. He misspoke in a language not his own.
When President Biden, in his mother-tongue, refers to "the hope of The Holocaust", that is either an expression of latent antisemitism, or it is the blathering of senility.
