that might be one of the meme cartoonist could do if you commission one. you have to look around for one. deviant art or patreon is a good source.
caturd is one, theres the guy who did the lion trump logo is another.
but that is a vulgar cartoon idea. it would take a vulgar cartoonist to do one. lol
or you can do it yourself. you just look for the right photos of jsaki, biden and putin, cut/paste/merge/photoshop and put captions in there.
theres meme sites where you can put captions on the photos.
