Fmr. NY Governor Andrew Cuomo expected to be arrested over alleged groping of former aide (New York Post sources)

Cuomo is anticipated to be charged with a misdemeanor in the purported groping of a fmr. female aide, the New York Post said.

A spox for the Office of Court Admin. confirmed the complaint against Cuomo which has been filed in “Albany City Court.”

Brittany Commisso alleges Cuomo “put his hand up my blouse and cupped my breast over my bra” inside Albany’s Executive Mansion — an accusation he has repeatedly denied.
