Hampton inn, 45 british america blvd in Latham. My personal recommendation

Residence inn on Wolf or Staybridge suites on Wolf. Both are also pretty good and discreet.

Definitely not red roof on wolf / motel 6 on central or the days inn on central all shitholes and lots of trouble

the asians hang out at the red roof and days inn ...only positive at the red roof is the outside entrance to the rooms ...you can sneak in like a back door burglar lol
