Hi, need some quick input if anybody knows. Supposed to meet an ATF in the morning
in Conroe, but this weekend she doesn't have access for incall.
Anybody know of any good rates/hourly rate notel/motel places?

There is a Palace Inn there now, they do hourly but won’t tell you that on the phone. Generally is $25 hour or $30 for two hours. From what I’m understanding many of the chain motels are doing day rates since COVID so people can have a work place for a day.

Thanks Hunter, I went to the Palace but they said they don't take check-ins until after 2PM. ugh.
Ended up driving down just soth of the Woodlands, the Palace at 2920/45 was $25

Sorry to hear that, never heard a PI doing that before. Good to know though because I have a old SB that moved to the Dallas area I meet occasionally in Huntsville and we’re talking about Conroe & using the PI. Have been using a couple of the big chains that have allowed early check in (like 9 or 10, but paying for a full day) and have been hearing about them doing day rates (at a reduced rate) for business
