I then texted the “New Fire” and asked her some questions about the “Old Fire” that were personal, again, no response.

I'm glad for the expanded menu, but from a marketing stand point, "Fire" was an established brand, whereas no one really knows who "Marlene" is.

Either way, has she improved on her communications? I've tried to scheduled an appointment multiple times, but she never gets back to me.

May be a YMMV thing but she always did BBBJ for me. Also when I last saw her she said she was in a really bad accident, so I wonder if that somehow has changed her approach.
