I don't understand the reason of payment of tip before agreement of services.
I will prefer to pay everything later though may agree during service

Typically I leave the tip out and visible up front. It tends to set proper expectations on what is expected and I find I get much better service up front without having to be overly explicit.

No need to leave a tip "out". Talk to them and discuss what you would like and tip accordingly. Leaving cash on the table is a very bad idea. Just be nice to them. You'll be surprised at what is available if you treat them like a lady and not a whore.

I always try to treat them nicely, regardless of how the service was. I generally prefer to tip first because I hate to stop in the middle of the event to talk tip. I also understand why some ladies insists on having the tip then and there before anything else, but it's ... frustratinh, at least for me. So, too first, everyone is happier.
