There are board rules regarding speculation/disclosure, but also there are common decency that opposes passing on unconfirmed rumors of alleged conditions. Would you want some provider to post on here her (or his!) personal diagnosis of some "condition" you might have?

Yes there are rules on speculation of medical conditions. If you read my post, I made no mention of anything medical. Hygiene is not a medical diagnosis. If a provider wore a lot cologne, has strong breath, dirty fingernails etc. I think a reviewer is free to share if he wishes.

There are symptoms of "medical conditions" that might be interpreted as a "hygiene" problem and there "hygiene" problems that are festered into medical problems. You are slicing bologna.
