That thing has been around since the late 90s (I think). It was made popular by the Howard Stern show.

It will cost you an arm and a leg to get one. In my opinion is not cost effective, since the female orgasm is just a legend horny boys tell the girls to get them in bed.

be aware Purrsia and others -- they have something they advertise on ebay a lot in the $400.00 range; however, it is not the true Sybian. Search there and you will see pictures of something that looks like a little pyramid looking hassock with a Hitachi vibrator (which is most definitely the Rolls Royce of those toys) mounted and sticking out through a hole in the top.
