Each has its own bathroom, and a kitchenette [kitchen counter & sink, a microwave, a hot plate, and a small refrigerator]. These units are unfurnished.

Heat and utilities are included in the rent.

There is a shared laundry room [no coin ops, I hate coin op machines].

Interior apartments go for $450/month, exterior apartments [with windows] go for $500/month.

There is a metro-bus stop immediately in front of the building. The city's riverfront park is across the street.

Located in Old Town Maine.
