A regular bj, probably not a fetish. While worship and edging, probably more so.

Anal, while it is fun, is still a little taboo and lots of people don't do it, so plain ole anal could be more of a kink. I think it's hard to say "normal" anal is a fetish unless it's all you do and you fixate on all acts of it, various positions, etc.
